What's the minimum drying time for decals?

I am building a kit for the 48 hour GB, and was wondering if anyone could help me. I finished decaling the aircraft at 11am this morning, and am trying to determine when I can add another clear coat over them. Here’s some info

Tamiya kit decals

put down with distilled water

micro set and micro sol used

set under warm lamp for 45 minutes to speed drying time

Any ideas on the soonest it would be safe to spray a coat of straight Future?
