future polish? never heard of it’s use till i came here
Future floor polish is actually a clear acrylic floor covering (not a floor wax). A liter bottle costs about $4. It is extremely inexpensive when compared to clear coats made by model companies ($3-4 for a tiny ½ oz. bottle).
It can be brushed on, air brushed on, or aircraft canopies can be dipped in it an left to dry on a plate. It takes out the scratches on the clear parts. Most use Future to “seal” their finish before applying decals and weathering. After that is done, you apply a dull coat to take away the sheen Future leaves.

I’m heading over myself. Gotta find out how to airbrush the stuff
It’s also good for ‘polishing’ the boots of 1/6 scale soldiers. (just in case you want to buff up your 1/6 Tiger crew!). It’s one of those things that, after you’ve tried it, you wonder why it took you so long to do so!

Zokissima, one word about airbrushing Future: Straight! That’s right, no dilution needed! I swear by the stuff. Also, it can be flattened with Tamiya Flat Base, or similar substance for use as a dullcote.
Hey, where can I pick some of this stuff up?
wal-mart has it and probally about any grocery store.
hmmm…
Hey, Duke, what do you use to clean your airbrush after sparying future?
