Whats cookin

I basically do the same thing, except I buy 2 Rotisserie chickens like every other week, shred the meat and use it in as many ways as I can. The chicken guy at BJs and I know each other on a very personal level at this point :sweat_smile:

Leftover Sunday dinner. Roast w/egg noodles and cream of mushroom soup. Boil noodles, drain, put back into pot, add mushroom soap mix, add roast. Stir, and serve. We call it Potroast surprise!

I’ve never had curry, I don’t believe I’ve ever had any Indian food. I’m not real adventurous when it comes to food I guess, in my head curry tastes like wasabi and I have had the misfortune of getting that in my mouth…..

Wasabi is very different. There’s all sorts of curries - Indian and Thai. I’m pretty adventurous food wise but coming from and English/Irish family I understand those that aren’t :rofl:
