Looks fantastic from where I’m sitting.

keavdog, I just looked up what’s in an Arroz Con Pollo and it sounds and yours looks delicious. Could this be prepared in a crock pot?

You could certain do the chicken, onions, peppers in a slow cooker - then shred the chicken and add cooked rice/veg etc towards the end.

Smoked chili. 5 hours start to finish.
Smoked chuck roast, hot sausage, peppers onions, pinto beans kidney beans and a bunch of other super secret things made in cast iron on the smoker.

I usually try to stick to the Holliday regulars, turkey , ham, smoked a brisket like 5 years ago for Christmas. Anyways I asked the wife what she and my daughter wanted and…. Cheese steak sandwiches. Caught me off guard but they are the bosses so cheese steaks it is today.

Awesome “fixins” Demolition! Never argue with the daughter and Mrs. Merry Christmas.

Nice! Corn bread rocks!

keavdog, that looks so good. It’s below zero with the wind chill up here and that would taste so good tonight. Happy New Year.

Below zero? How the heck do you take a leak off the back deck while you’re drinking and bbqing in weather like that!

 That’s a valid question

Chili tonight! :bowl_with_spoon: Red hot burning 6-alarm chili.
Ok, I jest. It’s not 6-alarm. I wouldn’t be able to eat it if it was.
Decided to make it because the next several days are going to be bitter cold. In fact, tomorrow’s temp is only in the single digits during the day, and in the minus teens at night. Tomorrow’s wind chill is expected to be -40 to -45.
