I have a rather large figure that needs the folds shaded. What should I use as the folds are rather shallow?
folds,as in loose fitting garments,or flags,can be given depth,by careful highlighting of the ridges or high spots via AB or DB,if the folds are in something quasi-reflective,leather,metal body armor,etc.,then determine your figures light source and highlight a reflection via AB and a soft trigger finger.I am sure one of the paint wizards around here can give a better explanation than I,good luck !
