Hi guys, I’m almost done my B-17G and I have 2 full weeks off over the holidays, so I’m going to start another build. Here are my choices…
Hasegawa P-2H (P2V-7) Neptune 1/72 Scale…I saw this kit in the hobby shop and thought it was cool looking. I’ve never seen this plane or heard of it, but it caught my eye. It’s a Sub-Hunter aircraft.
Revell B-25J Mitchell 1/48 Scale…A true classic.
Italeri B-52G Stratofortress “Gulf War” 1/72 Scale. Working in Shreveport Louisiana, I had the pleasure of watching these massive birds take off and land…wanted to do a build ever since.
Italeri AC-130U Spectre Gunship 1/48 Scale. I went through the kit, this thing has a massive ammount of detail inside…lotts of cool features.
Trumpeter Tupolev Tu-95MS Bear-H 1/72 Scale. This thing is massive…twin rotor turbo prop engines…pure muscle.
Well, I’m leaving it in your hands…I’ll take votes for a week, untill next Friday. So wich monster will it be guys?
Pathetic?..At least it gives our Canadian Air Force something to do every few weeks. The Bear frequents our airspace quite often. My cousing flys F-18’s in the Air Force, I saw him a couple weeks back at a Christmas party. We were chatting a bit about it and he says those sneaky bastards do it all the time…they’re just testing NORAD’s response time.
If you ever saw a Neptune JMSDF colors in person there would be no doubt what you would build next!!! They are BEAUTIFUL!!! [2c] I was stationed at NAF Atsugi and they had some there too. They look great!!!
