I have been building armor models for a while, but I recently decided to take a break and go back to WWII aircraft. I haven’t paid much attention to what is new and good in this field though. I was just hoping for some suggestions for a good model to back into with. I would like to do it in 1/32, allied or axis. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Sorry, I didn’t mean to post this twice.
Tamiya has a really nice Zero out. Try that.
Rus, watch out for Hobby Lobby to have another one of their 50% off sales, and make your choice then… [;)]

Russd, in 1/32 scale.I would go with the corsair from revell if you can find it.Then make into Papa Boyington’s aircraft as the subject.Digger
RusD, Hasegawa have got two nice Fw190s in 1/32.
One is an A, the other a D, both nice kits.
They’ve also got a 109 coming out soon in 1/32 as well.

You’ve got a decent selection of good kits in 1/32 scale; far more than you did a couple of years ago. Now, the big question: how deep is your wallet??
i’m with oldhooker on this one, can’t beat that hobby lobby 1/2 off sale.[tup] i picked up hasegawa’s 1/32 Bf109G-14 the last go around! they have a couple of revell 1/32 jobs too, like the F4U and P-38. later.
