I just picked up the reissued 56 Ford pickup truck by Revell. The one with the Harley Davidson police bike. It was originally issued around 1957/58/ I think it’s about 1/43 scale. It’s about 5 inches long. Does anyone know for sure what scale it is? I would like to build my own engine to replace the Yblock and I need to know the scale. Thanks in advance.

If this is the kit, then it is 1/48!
I haven’t seen that kit in some time … but, I agree … It was 1/48th scale … [swg]

That’s the right kit. I’ve already opened up the driver side door, cut the fenderwells from the base plate with the oil pan, started machining new wheels and tires and a few other items. After working on that little deuce this seems like 1/25 scale. I’ll post some pictures shortly.
