What is this plane?

Hello all,

I am currently building Academy’s 1/48 P38J Lightning. The link below shows a picture of the box top for this kit. I am trying to identify the model of Japanese of plane shown in the artwork with the Lightning so that I can build it as well.

Its a Ki 48 “Lily.” Here’s a link to some pics (3 pages)

I haven’t seen it in 1/48, but it may be available in 1/72.
