what is amt-ertl website

Does anyone know the website address for amt ertl models? I need to see if I can get another set of decals for my F-4 phantom from the thunderbirds in 1/72.

I hate to tell you this, but you’re wasting your time on two fronts here:

First:
AMT customer service is a joke, don’t expect anything out of them no matter how hard you ask.

Second:
AMT got out of the aircraft end of the model business several years ago and likely will never be back in it, its all autos all the time now.

On the upshot, I’m sure more than a few aftermarket decal companies have made T-birds decals for a 1/72 Phantom.

Don’t give up hope!

Thanx for the opinion upnorth . The reason I need this is because the instrument panel decals were printed in the wrong scale. If anyone knows the web address please let me know without the opinions about amt ertl.

Here’s a website for ertl: http://www.ertltoys.com/

There is an AMT section there, but I’m not certain how much use it will be for you to get replacement decals.

Good luck.

A newer Company called AMTECH has been reissuing/updating some of the old AMT kits, but unfortunately the 1/72 F4 isn’t one of them.

Regards, Rick
