I like the tamiya XF 60 dark yellow and the xf 64 red brown, but I;m not sure what a good color of green is. Any suggestions?
[:D]try useing model master euro green # 1764 it might be right for you[:D]
not sure the tamiya number but it is called olive green… not olive drab, olive green.
u can try XF-64
tamiya olive green, model master or polly scale panzer olivgrun
I use MM olivgrun also.
Actually, there is no good color for German tanks. The colors came in a paste form and could be diluted with water, gasoline, diesel or whatever you happened to have on hand. Sometimes the colors would come out in different shades on the same vehicle depending on when it was applied and what it was cut with., so you would technically be right with any color of camo green
If you want to stay Tamiya colors for you tank, I suggest you try Deep Green from Tamiya. I believe its the best green to use.
TigerII
