What German Panzer IVs were used in Barbarossa?

I have a 1940 model T-34 and I’d like to get it a playmate. What version of Panzer IVs were used in Operation Barbarossa? I guessing Ausf Es but were Ausf Fs available by June '41?

Panzer IV ausf F1 production started at Krupp in April 1941 with 395 built through March 1942. Vomag built 64 and the Nibelungenwerke built 13. Some 280 ausf E had been built by the time the ausf F1 began entering service in the spring of 1941. By July 1, 1941, the total number of Panzer IV of all types on hand was 531 units.

That limits you to the following:
Pz IV B
Pz IV C
Pz IV D
Pz IV E
Pz IV F1

The vast majority for Babarossa will be the B through E types. Very few F1’s would have been there.
