All in all those are pretty good prices. How much were the Boxcars?
If that really is a Tamiya 32nd F-4E for $15… I’d drop EVERYTHING you’re doing RIGHT NOW and go get that puppy. Retail is about $160 and the lowest discount shop I’ve seen had it for $80.
Ten bucks for a 32nd Scooter (A-4) is dang good. 'Tis undoubtedly the Hasegawa kit… old, but still pretty nice.
Ten bucks is a pretty good price for the Monogram 48th B-26, moreso for the Special Edition kit which has some resin fixins included.
I got most of the kits you mentioned, and they’re pretty darn good. The XB-70 is a lot of work (filling and sanding, white paintjob), but the subject matter is great. The C-130 is just awesome (big, heavy, did I say big?[8D]). The boxcar kit is old but must rank as one of Italeri’s finest: get it (I paid about $30 two weeks ago). The A-4 kit is rather old (bit sparse in the cockpit area for 1/32), but definitely worth the money and pretty accurate from where I’m standing. And $15 for an 1/32 F-4E: that would be cheap for the Revell kit (not nearly as good as the Tamiya one). Bottom line: why are you still here reading this? Get steppin’ [:P]!
All of those are extremely good prices. Go buy all of them and if you don’t want to build them, sell them to a fellow modeler or on ebay to pay for the ones you keep.
