If you are asking about the brand name “Aircraft Colors”, I have used some of the Luftwaffe colors.
What do you need to know about them?

Hey Stinger,
Is it good or ok or horrible…[:I]
John - I have a few bottles of their paint. They have an “eye dropper,” on the top of the plastic bottle, which makes dispensing paint easy. If you look at any of my recent builds, with RLM 04 (yellow), that’s the paint I used (over flat white enamel). It covers evenly, and can be brushed on small parts without streaks. It thins with water, but I did have tip buildup on the airbrush. The RLM 04 is a very accurate shade, in my opinion.
Hope this helps !
I was waiting for that. So…thanks.
John
I have used “Aircraft Colors” RLM 70, 71, 65, and 04, with really good results.
They spray perfectly righ tout of the bottle through my airbrush.
Nice to know that Pix thinks the 04 yellow is an accurate color. I spray mine over Floquil’s flat Reefer White (a railroad color, which is excellent in it’s own right).
I think the greens are a bit too light, though, as they come “toned down” for scale effect. I really like the 65 Lichtblau (light blue). It will spray right over the greens with no problem.
Here is a picture of my Dornier using all of those colors.
I think you can’t go wrong with them, but next time I will darken them with a bit of black, which I think will look better.
Hope this helps

Ive seen your Dornier before…And it looks real good. And yes, the colors look right on the money.
I got all of the RLM for ‘Aircraft Colors’… I tired of that enamel. Its messy.
Thanks, John.
Let us know how the acrylics work for you.
I just took a look at your site. You have some really great looking models there!
Hmmm… very interesting… maybe I’ll give these a try. If Pix, and Stinger use them on their beautiful models, they’re good enough for me! How’s the value guys?
Adam
I forget the prices (seems like about $2.70 / bottle or something), but I got them from www.squadron.com
They are listed as AeroMaster paints (at least they were last fall) and Squadron even told me over the phone that they were AeroMaster, but they sent the Aircraft Colors instead.
Do a search on their site for them and you can review the prices.

I bought the colors from Areomaster. I got all the Luftwaffe paint. It cost me $53.00. A bottle cost $2.99 the same for Sqaudron.
The paint are awsome! And yellow…It’s good. Very thin.
Only thing to watch out for when spraying the yellow is to do it in several light coats until you get the depth of color you want. Don’t rush it, ot you’ll end up with uneven coverage and runs.
