Hi, i am building cyber hobby’s StuG III ausf C. I will place it in Hungary, 1945. What color should I paint jerry cans and sandbags that I will add to it?
Paint them the same color as the rest of the tank, and weather accordingly.
Since you’re looking at 1945, cans were mostly likely dunkelgelb although the occasional panzer grey cans were still floating around as well.
As for the sand bags, the Germans used ordinary canvas for those so any suitable light tan or similar color would work just fine.
