Question say it all. Going to redo the mancave soon and would like some input from other as to what color their workshop (i.e. the walls) are painted.
Only, thing I sure of is I would prefer not to do white.

White walls, tan carpet but then again I can’t really do anything else since it’s an apartment… Personally I would prefer black, maybe with some airbrushed flames but that will have to wait until I get the down payment/proper credit to buy property.
Gray paint dust…covering everything!
My garage is 3 years old so I’m still not settled but My 4x8 sheets of peg board are red. Red always shows up in shops at some point.

Just a basement,not really finished,concrete walls painted white
basement, concrete floors and walls, open ceiling. most of the walls are “covered” by storage shelves and 14 various flags.
It is a section of garage with bare concrete floor with various rug remnants and floor mats… peg board covered walls with wood cabinets and desks…
drywall and greenboard might get that sanded and painted one day
I went to Home Depot and bought an “Oops” can of paint for 5 bucks. Mine is an off white. Try it, they usually have a decent selection of colors there.

There are a few spaces where the walls show through. They’re white. Between all my scale model stuff and most of my gun stuff (about 50-60K rounds scattered around the place…oh, those poor floor joists, lol!), I’m just about out of room in my study. Believe it or not, I know where most everything is…[:D]
I have white walls, white ceiling and white tiled floor - yet i still find the room too dark sometimes, even with overhead lighting and multiple desk fluoros.

My favorite “man cave” that I had was tan to match a Civil War style border my wife found.

The happy mess that is my shop. It’s a converted two-bay machinery shed that was totally unfinished inside. I insulated it and built interior walls of wood salvaged from barns and decks I deconstructed for friends. White post is actually a cedar trunk that holds up the top plate, it still has phone numbers penciled on it from the days when it held a “party line” for the mechanic who owned the shop, my father. Wood heat, concrete floor.
I like that a lot! Cool shop! I wish I had room for a wood heater somewhere around our place.
