what color grey for F/A-18 Blue Angels cockpit?

I am currently building a 1/72 scale F/A-18 Blue Angels model. After seeing many cockpit photos I am not sure what color grey to use Dark Gull Grey, Ghost Grey, Aircraft grey? The instruction sheet only says “aircraft grey”. Any help would be appreciated.Also the ejection seat looks like it is flat black with grey seat cushions. Am I right?

Dark Gull Grey would be my choice.
