i building a corisor,airplane,however you spell it,and i dont know what color the inside is,on the cover of this months finescale model mag…,the spitfire,cut in half,what color was that green color,and tell me if it is the color as in you paint the cockpit(if thats how you spell it)[:D][:D]
Interior green, would be appropriate for most all WWII aircraft.
Usually WWII aircraft interiors and landing gear bays were painted interior green or Chromate Green, so a hydraulic fluid leak could be easily spotted. There are Gunze laquers that are great for this. [:D]
depending on the fighter, Zinc Cromate would work too, thats what I used and it came out really good looking on my Corsair.
