WELSH VACUUM FORM MODEL KITS

Good evening,

My name is Enrique, I just joined the site tonight, 08/12/2010. I currently own two Welsh vacuum form kits. Both are not built. I do know how to build these kits.

I have had three of these kits built by the former owner of Atlantic Models here in Miami, Mr Helio Balserio.

However, my friend is not in good health and I do not want to be in the way of his recovery, he is a super good friend. The kits involved are a Lockheed L-1011 and a ATR-42. Both kits are 1/144 scale.

I live in Miami, Fl.

Is there any members here that would like to build these models for me. Either complete or not completed.

If completed, I have the decals from Two-Six (EASTERN AIRLINES) and I have the billboard PAN AM livery (PAN AM EXPRESS) decal for the ATR-42.

If not completed, to build the models, make the holes of the landing gears and make the related landing gear doors on both models. I will do the painting and the final building of the models (landings, doors, and decals.

Please my friends, my collection is almost complete and I really need these models.

welcome! I’m still very new to vacs but send me a picture of the kits. It’s possible I could help you out. Hope to see you around the forums!

However, I currently have them in storage.

The kits in question that I have are the following:

  1. 1/144 scale L-1011-200

  2. 1/144 scale ATR-42

I have the Eastern Airlines made by Twosix decals made in England

The ATR-42 decals I have also, a set of Flight Path PAN AM Express “BILLBOARD” and the decals that come with the kit itself.
