Wellesley Torpedo Bomber?

i have seen a piece of footage on one of those conglomeration montage history documonolog which i could swear showed a vickers wellesley dropping a torpedo. i queried the brookland collection site for verification and this is what Iain Murray kindly sent me:

Just discovered this thread, so this reply to your posting is a year late!<br>
Torpedo-bombing was one of the original requirements of the Wellesley specification, and 
the Air Torpedo Development Unit used K7740 for trials with 18" torpedoes. There is a 
still of a drop in progress in the Wellesley "Profile" magazine. Hence, you could well have seen some archive footage of a Wellesley dropping a 
torpedo.
