OK I have some building coming up that I want to add some weathering to along the way, please help me get this things right before I stuff up…
Oil and Enamel washes over Acrylic paints, clean up with turps or enamel thinner should be fine on unlying paint job?
Acrylic wash over enamel paints, clean up with alcohol should be fine?
Furture counts as Acrylic?
To do a wash do I have to apply a coat of say future or humbrol saton cote before doing a light wash?

You have it figured out, whatever you thin your wash with should not be the thinner for the coat of paint its going over.
No you do not need a coat of Future, yes it counts as a layer of acrylic and provides a clear, smooth surface for enamel or oil washes.
Acrylic washes look great going on but dry not so well and can form lines. Its best to use ‘pin washes’ for acrylic and not broad large areas.
A enamel or oil wash can go directly over a base coat of acrylic paint. Just avoid over working the surface applying or adjusting said wash.
It still in doubt paint a scrap part to experiment on.
