War Bond Jug Finished (pics)

Gang,

P47D of the 404th group ETO early '44, a “War Bond” presentation to the Air Corp from Republic employees. This aircraft logged over 200 missions without a single abort. I made so many mistakes on this project, but, I learned a lot and my next will be better…

NMF is SNJ, paint and powder/polish
Prop is AM, This A/C fitted with a Hamilton Standard
PE seat Belts, photo film Instrument Panel
Guns are brass tube
Aero MAster decals

MInimal weathering, just a subtle wash in the panel lines and some exhaust effects.
