It’s been awhile since I’ve been on the forums. For some reason I haven’t checked in on this board in a quite awhile, and it’s been my loss. I wanted to remedy that because it’s a great place. I build mainly 1/48 NavAir jets, I run Steel Beach Accessories, and I am a contributor to FSM. I’ve been building for 35+ years and am enjoying the hobby now more than ever. I look forward to some wonderful interaction about models here on this board.
Cheers!
Darren
We all have something going on from time to time, so welcome back ole chum!
Hi Darren
I am a helpful soul,so, I will give you a quick tip
the Gray goes on the top, the White goes on the bottom, except for all the little places that the White goes onto top parts, or when the White goes on the sides of vertical parts
sometimes, with aircraft that really cannot fly in the first place, the White goes on the top, and the Gray on the bottom, and I honestly have forgotten what colors that horizontal spinny thing is painted
I hope the above is of some help,if for nothing other than a grin
good to see you active on here
Rex, the Accidental CAG
Hi Darren,
I enjoyed seeing your EA-6B in FSM. I have the Monogram, and MPC versions in the closet. I’ll never build the MPC bird, but I saved your article for the other. Thanks for sharing your techniques.
