Are there any figures from the Wall-e movie available in kits?

I was wondering the same thing after I caught the movie a few weeks ago. My sister would go nuts if I surprised her with one.
I would be really surprised though, the Disney lawyers would be all over a manufacturer like stink on a monkey to “protect” their interests/license.
Thats what i would be affraid of. I thought it would be cool to get one of the lil cleaning robot that followed Wall-e all over, and give him a pulsing LED.
I know! when I saw the movie, I was thinking, why don’t they put out a kit of Wall-E and Eva? My guess is that you’ll have to detail a toy or action figure.
The Disney Store curretnly carries both Wall-E and Eva models. They look pretty good and the Wall-E bot could be detailed to look more like his movie counterpart. They come with arms that can be changed via magnets.
You guys really didn’t think that Disney would miss a merchandising opportunity do you?[;)]
