Vietnam Era M-109

Does anyone out ther know of a Vietnam Era M-109 Model made out there. I found an Italeri M-110 A2 but am not sure what it would take to convert it.

There’s this guy at work that asked me to build one for him. I get to scan in all his wartime pics in the trade, so I figured it was a good deal. However, I am having trouble find references and pics, not to mention a proper base kit.

Thanks in advance.

Ted

Most of these Italeri kits are still on sale. Check Greatmodels.com, Squadron.com, Militaryhobbies.ca, and as Rob said, Evilbay

Thanks Rob, I was looking for the short tube M-109. I saw an Italeri Kit on Ebay (#235) And showed it to the guy in question, he said that was his machine.

I was confused as I have very little knowledge with these guns. Thanks for you input. Would Osprey’s New Vanguard book on the subject be benificial? I read the review of it on ML and was thinking of picking it up.

Regardless, it looks like a fun build. The Guy is going to buy the Kit and AM stuff and I get to build it. Hope I do it and him justice (For free though, who can complain, right?!)

Thanks again,

Ted
