Hasegawa has a few models of the VW Microbus out, they are in their 1/24 scale “Historic Car” Series and are of the Type 2(1967).
You might have to mod one of those to match your exact model.

It all depends what Type 2 you want. The T1 (-67) isn’t that hard to get. Capt Caveman’s list is quite correct. Revell did some years ago too, but they’re not thatr good. The T2 (68-79) exist only as quite expensive resin kits, but the T3 that followed (The square one) has been modelled by Revell AG in different forms.
If yourLHS doesn’t have what you want and mail order places don’t either, keep an eye on e-bay. It may take awhile, but almost anything that a person wants,shows up there sooner or later.
