V-100 armoured car

a friend of mine is looking for a 1/35 scale model of a V-100 armoured car that he used in the air force during nam. it all most looks like a M-20 from WWII, but has only four wheels a gun turret on top.

There is a resin kit, I think it is from Verlindon and is about $100. I wish there were more out there because I really like the Cadillac Gage armored cars (V-100, V-150, V-200, V-300, V-600, Commando Scout and Ranger) but nobody seems to make kits of them and I don’t like them enough to spend that kind of money for one.

Here is a link showing the kit

thanks, i will let him know.

JB models makes one in 1/76th scale and there also used to be a vacuform kit in 1/35 that made up the Army version. Haven’t seen the last one for a while. The Verlinden kit is a brick. Hull is solid resin and no interior. The AF kit has a tarp molded over the upper hatch(es) so you are limited to what you can do.

I have an assembled and painted V-150 that I would be willing to sell, if he is interested.
