Looking for info/plans/photos of the USS Racine (PF 100). She was A Tacoma class Patrol Frigate commisioned 22Jan45.
Did you try looking at www.navsource.org ? I found her listed there (you will find her under “Patrol Craft”). They had some info on her but no photos. But if you look at some of the sister ships they had photos. I know its not much, but its a start.
