Im am looking for a plastic model of this submarine. I have googled until I can google no more. Any luck?
If I recall correctly, Dragon has done 688 boats in both 1/700 (as USS Dallas in a double set with a Soviet Typhoon) and 1/350 (but I believe these may be long OOP) and Hobby Boss has more recently rendered a number of 688’s in 1/700, which should be more readily available.
I’ll add a disclaimer here and say that they do exist, but I have no idea of any issues/inaccuracies which may be contained within.
