Hello All, i have just finished buiding acurate minitures b-25 mitchel, with the doolittle raiders markings. I would like to put this on a deck and present it to a friend of mine. I have no idea what colour this deck surface should be. All photos i have found are in black and white. Any help would be much appreciated.
250-N flight deck stain, 20-B deck blue metal parts, light grey stripes, where the planes were spotted for their takeoff run there should be reddish/tan patches just bigger than the tire to represent the garnet sandpaper they glued down to help make sure the brakes held while they throttled up due to the wet deck.
