Hello everyone!
I have been doing research on Hornet’s armarment and many sources make mention of the amount of 16 quad 1.1s (4x4) being upgraded to 20 in late summer, 1942. I have not however been able to make for certain where the additional mount was located. It seems that putting it in place of the 2 20mm at the bow would make sense but there is no solid evidence of this. Do any of you know where this mount was located?
