I found a Set of Plans and Instruction Book by BlueJacket at the USS Constitution Museum. Is BlueJacket a reputable company and are these poor, good or great plans/book?

BTW if anyone has a set of plans/books of the USS Consitution that they no longer want please contact me via my profile.
