USMC M1A1HA qusetion.

I’m in the group build and I’ve got a question. I’m building a USMC M1A1HA (Heavy Common) OIF 2003.The Echelon decals booket say I need to add a EPLRS antenna and a Infantry Telephone box, which I have already started.

My question is what about the Slave Receptale box below the telephone box in the rear that I see in pictures of some USMC Abrams? Or did they ever have them in 2003?

No, the slave receptacle box was not installed in '03. It is a later feature of M1A1 AIM rebuild tanks.

Thanks!! I was thinking they weren’t used in 03 but wasn’t sure.
