You know that’s probably a better way than using a fine brush. It allows you to apply some pressure, also I can see “rolling” the tip over the decal forcing it into panel lines for example. Thanks for the tip.

Ahoy Tojo72. I love it. I made a wooden rig that holds three bottles very much like your picture and scored a triple whammy by knocking three bottles over at the same time.

Last time I did decaling (is that real a word?) I would put a drop or two of dish soap in the warm water I soaked the decals in. it helps break the surface tension allowing the decal to be moved into place easier. My understanding is the Micro-Set does basically the same thing.
The Micro-Sol, Solvaset, Mark Fit products actually melt the decal film so the decal can settle down and conform to the not-smooth surface of the model underneath.
