Updated Tiger interior shots 1/25th scale

Heading off to Toronto on business tomorrow, I won’t be working on this beast until next weekend-Fuel cells, radiators, rear bulkhead wall, radio operator weapon and some other details are in. Comments welcome. This is by far my largest scratch build/kit bash project ever.

Thanks everyone.

Jason, this is the old Tamiya 1/25th scale Tiger, released in the seventies. It comes apart to display the innards. The turret roof is removable along with the hull top plate, so you can access the interior. You’ll see when I get it done. This was “THE KIT” to have back then, and retailed for about $50.00 USD. It is designed to be motorized, and when released, it came with electric motors etc. I was in Detroit on business and found this unopened kit at Old Guard Hobbies on sale for $65.00. They also had the British Centurion kit, which also is 1/25th with a full interior, but I passed on it. I really should have bought them both, but,…These kits were traded in by a collector, you know, the guys that don’t build, just collect kits.

Awesome work. Keep the pictures coming!!
