I use this to keep my cats off the workbench

Very cool!

Was that a kit / scratchbuilt?

Head size or just paw size???

Mobius re-pop kit with a little scratchbuilding mixed in. 1/13 scale. so just paw size.

Awesome, that should keep anything away!!!

Shouldn’t it be a cat skull on top though? [:P]

Sweet, I love those reissues of the old Aurora stuff

Nice cigar cutter!

I solved my cat problem by building my workshop out next to the garage.

It seems a lot of modelers have a cat problem. The little buggers get into everything.

I put a refurbished screen door on the spare bedroom that I use as a workshop. Works great. Only 1 problem though. It kept the 2 cats out, but didn’t keep the grandkids out. They’re good kids though and listened to grandpop. Now that they are older, I don’t mind them coming into the room. They don’t build yet, but they love to sit there and watch me work.

not me, we came to a understanding, getting near the models equals discomfort (a thump on the nose) & wetness. really not a problem anymore. they don’t like the R.A.F. for some reason (must’ve been Luftwaffe bomber pilots in a past life!)

Oh yeah, no … Cats and models don’t mix. I shutter to think about it.

I have a toddler problem…lol…i have disappearing armor tracks…lol

You guys need to get better cats. I think P51 got it right. Get a good quality squirt gun and whenever they jump on the table, “Psssssssst!” The one thing it will do is jump in my display case if I open it but so far hasn’t stepped on anything. Of course that cat, the male one, is more like a dog. It licks people and plays fetch better than my golden retriever ever did. Does a couple other dog-like behaviors that good taste will prevent me from mentioning here . . . [;)] The female is very mild-mannered and sleeps most of the time on the bed.
