No, but I WANT it!
My wife got this for me in 1992 when we went to Palm Springs. It was in a little shop named Uncle Don’s Hobbies. I’ve never seen another one like it.Research has turned up nothing. Even the x-acto site has no reference to it. The booklet that Uncle Don’s gave me with it is dated 1977.

Looks like its got most of the tools a modeler needs.
I remember many years ago when Model Expo was selling this tool set for the budding kit builder. That is the only place I have seen it before.
