Depending on what kind of “bits” you’re talking about, you have several choices. Just be prepared for some sticker shock.

For photoetch parts, either White Ensign Models, http://www.whiteensignmodels.com/, or Gold Medal Models http://www.goldmm.com/ , are good sets that cover just about everything you could imagine.

For three-dimensional parts, like the CIWS mounts, ships boats, life raft canisters, etc., White Ensign Models.

For airplanes in that scale, either the Tamiya planes or the new Trumpeter versions, depending on what era you’re depicting. White Ensign Models also has a wide variety.

Before you buy anything, though, decide what time period you’re going to depict and gather a lot of research photos.

Of you want to go whole hog you will likely want to cobble together selections from the major PE manufacturers, Toms Modelworks, Gold Medal Models, and White Ensign Models.

Toms makes a PE hangar deck and white metal deck vehicles and armament.

WEM makes a wonderfully detailed set for the airwing, including interior details

When I built my Enterprise nearly 20 years ago, I used the Gold Metal detail sets and decal sheets for the aircraft and it looked outstanding! I have not seen newer detail sets but I’m sure they’re out there for this ship.
