My brother has the model of U.S M113A2 made by Tamiya (no. 265) can you please tell me where I can find Interior of this armored personnel carrier.

If you want a kit interior, your best bet is to take one from the Academy M113A2 or the old Tamiya M113A1 and then do some super detailing to accurize the interior.
MAJ Rob said it all. There is no separate interior available. You could try posting at the Armorama Buy, Sell, Trade Forum; or the Missing-Lynx Private Seller’s Forum to see if anyone has an interior they didn’t use and can spare it.

Another Tamiya kit from which you can scavenge an interior is the Vietnam era M113 ACAV kit (#3653), though it has been discontinued, but may still be available from some places. Yes, it’s the exact same interior that you get in the earlier “vanilla” M113 kit.
Just a clarification on Rob’s earlier post listing the Tamiya M113A1 as a source - I’m pretty sure he means the “plain vanilla” M113 (as indicated in the link he provided in his last post).
Some years ago, Tamiya actually marketed the Aussie FSV version of the M113 with the Saladin turret as an M113A1 ( #35107) - this particular kit didn’t have the interior parts. You’re unlikely to come across this kit though as it has been discontinued for quite some time.
