U.S. hobby shops carrying Mig Prods F.A.Q. How To" Armor DVDs...?

Does anybody know of any U.S. hobby shops carrying the (2) Mig Productions F.A.Q. “How To” armor DVDs?

I know that they are PAL, but should also play on any laptop.
