Gents: My Guard unit has been invited to Iraq, so this looks like my last post till like “Redleg” I can get near a computer and keep the forum updated. And packed away with all the military gear is the trusty 35mm so reference pictures can be taken. Can’t tell alot of our mission but our Armor unit been attached to streight leg Infantry (still breaking out in hives over that). And we’re using up-armored HMMVEE’s. So happy modeling and look forwards to sharing builds again upon returning.

If you’re infantry, get your CIB!! Best of luck to you. I know it’s a step ‘down’ but I’m sure you’ll carry out the mission as best you can (what, the Army doesn’t have any Infantry???). We’re still on alert here, with no news.

Well no not enough Infantry, but a word of warning, our State’s SP Battalion is now doing escort missions is HMMVEEs in Iraq. We use to laugh at the ground pounders as we dusted them with our tracks…you know what they say about pay back…lol
