I really love this bird, does anybody remember or know of a kit, in any scale?

Modelcraft made a P-82 B, E and G in 1/48th scale. The fit is horrible and they are a real challenge to build but I am happy with the final results once they were finished. Also monogram makes a 1/72 scale kit that goes together real easy that makes an E or G variant. I don’t know if these kits are in production anymore but you can find them on e-bay. Hope this helps
Actually these are the only show out there that I’m aware of. There was talk a few years back about one of the big companies making one in 1/48 but it never materialized. That would have been something to see.
I’m not sure, but at one time either a Japanese or Korean kit maker produced a 1/72 F-82. I’ve never seen one, but was told that it was a rip off of the Monogram kit. They pop up on E-Bay now and then.
Hobbycraft boxed a rip-off of the 1/72 Monogram kit. A new tool kit in 1/48 would be nice, as the Modelcraft kit ls sorely lacking.
