NOTE: This is post is driving me a bit crazy. I have no idea why some words appear big and some very small, like in the 13th and 14th line. I tried the "paragraph"function to change the size but nothing happens. So it is as it is.

Im in, put me down for:

Tamiya 1/35 Sturmgeschtz IV Sd.Kfz.163

Bob

In like Flynn with a Dragon/Malan Su 76.

Are M113’s or morter/AT/command LAV’s OK?

If so count me in, I’ll just have to think which.

Andrew

I’ll see if I can dust-off my Dragon StuG III Ausf. G… I’ll do what I can :3

Also, I think I can make a badge for this, at least ^.^

Edit:

I just made a quick badge here :3

Two options:

And:

Of course, they have to be resized :3

Count me in… Stug III B from Tamiya (just like Bob is building right now)! Will join you guys in time as soon as I am done with my 234/1 for the 8X8 GB hopefully.

Alrighty I’m in with Academy’s M113A1 ACAV. 1/35 of course

We should change the name to “Topless”. Think of the badge possibilities.[:P][censored]

Great job Parch Katz!! I love the first badge. Thanks a lot.

Satch-ip…lol, lol, lol…

Gents, thanks for your input. So M113s are OK then, after some debate… If somebody thinks that we should tweek the name so it is not “unpure” (Hans [:-^]) I am for it. I have updated the list, if I forgot somebody please let me know. Have a good evening.

Love the badges Satch.

Bob

LMAO! [(-D] I love the badge… go for it only if we can replace "Turretless’ to ‘Topless’. I promise you we will get more of us to sign up and visitors count will never stop.

Is it January 1 yet…no dang it…Oh poo.

Bob

It is January 1st and the Turetless GB is now officialy open. Go for it.

GREAT! I will jump in as soon as I am done with 8X8 GB. Perhaps you should post a friendly reminder in Armor forum to let others know about this.

For anybody who knows AM tracks stuff, my Tamiya kit Stug IIIB came with a PE barrell and grills but it also came with vinyl/rubber tracks. I would like to build it with better tracks if possible so is there one you can recommend for me to order? It will be my first time attempt… LOL Thanks!

Try MagicTracks. They usualy come with Dragon’s models. I don’t know if they can be purchased separatly. Ask Squadron’s shop, I always have good experience with them.

Cheres…

Not much is going on on this tread so here are two photos of my work so far

Some simple PE work

Wheels and bars

BTW, why are my photos so HUGE? They were smaller on some of my previous posts. Any way to make them smaller again?

Cheers…

This is an intriguing idea for a GB – if I get a breathing space in my hectic schedule of builds in the nxt six months I might field a Trumpeter 1:35 Stridsvagn 103B, the famous Swedish “S-Tank,” turretless MBT. I won’t make that official at this time though, as I have more current build commitments than any sane builder should ever take on!

Cheers, Mike/TB379

Well… I seem to have been bitten by the AFV bug. I pulled out the S tank to have a look and Trumpeter seem to have done a pretty good job. I looked up some references online, chased what colours the Swedish Army has used, and the 103B looks like a quick, interesting build.

Please put me down for Trumpeter’s 1:35 STRV 103B MBT – I’m not sure when I’ll make a start but it looks possible I might be doing an hour’s building in the evenings while paint dries on other things.

Cheers, Mike/TB379

[snWcm]I have added you to the list.
