does any one know if they make any thing similar at all to the 1/700th tugboat sets by tamiya, or hasagawa but in either 350th or 400th scale ?

i have a couple of 350th scale modern russian destroyers/missle cruisers they measure out at 12-14 inches long
to display it, i was thinking of a dio with 2-3 tugs guiding it in . on a 8" by 16-18" size base
