Hey Guys,
I have been trying to get a hold of a gentleman that made a resin conversion for a 1/35 AH-1Z. His name is Charles Butler, and he was an engineer for bell who worked on the AH-1Z. I have tried e-mailing him several times, but he hasn’t gotten back to me. His last posts on the matter are about 3 years old. Does anybody have contact with him, or know how or where to get his conversion set?
Thanks,
Anthony
Hello. I am also looking to find the AH-1Z conversion. If I do come across anything I will send you a message. Thanks, CWO D.T.Blackburk US army retired

Unfortunately, Mr. Butler has long ago fallen off the radar and is no longer active in modeling circles. I know who has his 1/35 AH-1Z masters, but there is no plan to make sets since they are very crude and not really suited for casting.
There is word that Kitty Hawk is working on 1/35 versions of their excellent 1/48 AH-1Z and UH-1Y kits though. So keep your eyes peeled for them.
