Trumpter 1:35 Soviet BMP-1

I will not bore you with the trials, tribulations, vicissitudes, roadblocks, obstacles, gaffes and the just plain events of life that kept me from these pages lately, but I’m back in the saddle and finished this shelved kit started months ago. It was my first go round with Indy links, albeit plastic, and it wasn’t fun. The treads settled unevenly which I attribute to searching for the Goldilocks amount of adhesive/flexibility, and the road wheels assumed an independent alignment that throws the track slightly askew, probably due to haphazard storage. A minor fit problem with the skirts but overall the rest was good. Minimal PE and a metal barrel, did very little weathering. It’s good to be back.

Absolutely right Stik, let’s see what happened. They paste to topic but aren’t making the transition. I’ll be back.

In my absence it appears my photo sites have been compromised, my apologies, will fix.

Yikes!!!

what hosting site do you use?

I didn’t mean from an outside nefarious source, more like a teenage nephew, hopefully fixed now, thx Stik

I can see the photos fine now.

And I see what you mean about the tracks, but the rest of her looks really good! [Y]
