Trumpeter's Hotchkiss, 7.5cm auf Geschutzwagen 39H finished

hey guys me again with another one cleared off the bench only two more to go before i can begin building again anyway here it is, the kit wasnt bad just a couple of small things like the tracks being too long so i had to remove a couple of links and a bit of jimmying of the fighting compartment here and there but it was overall a fun build and i do love the subject so there it is, this model could use some stowage i will probably add some down the line but for now it looks good on the shelf. thanks for looking and all comments are welcome.

This looks goddamn amazin’, Ron! The weatherin’ is sublime, I like it so much! Also, I would’ve liked to have seen some PE on the tools.

How was the kit to build?

Awesome Ron! [tup] It looks really good. I like weird looking ones. I have it in the stash.

I’m currently building the howitzer version for the SPG GB, and when I saw your title, I was like “Oh man, Ron beat me to it” then I realised your’s was the Marder version.[:P]

I was wondering how much of the interior could be seen, now I know what to expect [;)]

Once again, [tup]

Very nice. Congratulations on an unusual subject and a solid job.

regards,

Steve

I love ‘em all, but the 4th one down is
the killer [B)] shot for me.

The “ONLY” thing I [8)] see that might be out of place
would be the amount of track-slack between the
upper return rollers.

[:-,] I’m gonna keep count. This is #2 for this year,
and [:O] we’re only 12 days out.
It’s only a matter of time before your huge pile of
tanks will give away your position & we can find
your basement. [(-D]

As for Kudos on the build, well…….
You could probably [bow] post a blank page and
still get a positive response.

…….hmmmmm, this has gone beyond english,
[XX] I’m speechless, (as previously stated) actually….
……[sigh] I’m all outta adjectives.

Steve

Nice to see a different subject. I don’t think I’ve seen one built up here. As always the weathering is great. I like how the camo is faded. Now you gotta do the French Hotchkiss with one of them difficult camos. [:-,]

I really like how you weathered the interior.

I’ve started the same kit, but I like to take my time on the wierd ones. [8-]

Did you have any trouble with the road wheel connections? I didn’t, but a guy at my club did. He said that they are very fragile.

Again. Nice work.

Beautiful paint job and weathering. My stuff needs a dio to look right, yours look incredible in simple, blank white space.

ps- by the time i finish posting this, I fully expect to see your 3rd finished kit in the listings[:P]

SteveM

thanks guys i appreciate the comments,

eddie one of these days im probably gonna move forward in the super detailing but for now i just enjoy building mostly oob with a little scratching and the kit isnt too bad to build a bit of filler here and there but overall not bad.

Rooster no problems with the wheels although delicate they are to fix once on i left for a few days to cure good without messing with them and they were fine.

Eric im not fooling with those french camo schemes yet those guys had way too much time on there hands [:)]

thanks again all.

As usual Ron, the factory keeps humming and producing some fine works. [tup]

Always top notch from another Biffa tank factory.

Just one thing thou, that national insignia needs to be more blended in.
