I’ve started tinkering with my (really nice) Trumpeter Hind and have an incomplete part. I could scratch a replacement, but I’d like to see if I can have Trump send me a new one (I’m lazy). Does anyone have experience with their customer support?

Start scratchbuilding! I ordered a replacement part for one of the 1/32 Avengers from Stevens International, Trumpeter’s importer, back in January and I’m still waiting. The person I contacted said they have to order any replacements directly from Trumpeter. Hope this helps.[:D]
Yeah, I’m starting to realize that myself. I emailed them a couple of days before posting this topic and I’ve yet to hear ANYTHING from anyone. Thanks for the reply, I won’t keep my hopes up so I won’t be disapointed.
