Trumpeter Il A 50 Mainstay experience ?

Hello,

i’m interested in buying the Trumpeter Il A 50 mainstay airplane.
However, it is in 1/144. Anyone experience with this kit ?
How big/small is it ? ( centimeters pls :slight_smile: ) And how’s the detail of the plane ?

Here is the Il-76 1/144th Trumpeter kit which is the same as the mainstay minus the dish. The panel lines are engraved but I wish they were a bit deeper. I had some fit problems of the fuselage but overall the construction went well. The instructions don’t tell you that if you are going to have the ramp closed you need about an ounce of lead in the nose.
