I am planing slightly more “involved” builds than my usual shake 'n bake 1/72 stuff next year. Both are 1/32 Trumpeter kits, but I have not used their supplied decals before. One is the F-4u 4 Corsair and the other is a P-40 b RAF .
How well do the decals go down, any need for solutions?

Trumpeter decals are great! Thin, strong ans settle down well. To be honest I have never needed to replace Trumpeter decals other than to get an aircraft that was in a different scheme than what was supplied.
I have only used their decals on a few builds- armor stuff, and I have no complaints.

My main problem with Trumpeter is that I find their color guides are often just wrong. Or sometimes the spec.s are OK but the full color three view included is really off. So do your research.
